Spectrum Foods Limited has entered into a 90-day exclusive Letter of Intent (LOI) with global hospitality brand Minor Hotels to negotiate and finalize a definitive Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) for the operation of the AVANI+ Pushkar Resort & Spa—set to become India’s first AVANI-branded property.
The project marks Spectrum Foods’ flagship foray into luxury hospitality, featuring a planned 185-key resort on an 8-acre estate overlooking Rajasthan’s sacred Aravalli Hills. The resort will consist of 42 contemporary rooms and 143 private villas, many offering panoramic mountain views, lush landscaped gardens, private plunge pools, and secluded courtyards. The first phase, comprising 138 keys, is expected to open by August 2025, with the remainder launching within the following six months.
Designed to offer a comprehensive lifestyle and wellness experience, the AVANI+ Pushkar will include a curated all-day dining restaurant with a show kitchen serving regional and international fare, an artisanal bakery and café, and a poolside bar featuring signature cocktails and swim-up service. Guests can relax at the infinity-edge pool oriented toward the Aravallis or enjoy amenities like the AVANIFit Gym and AVANISpa, which will offer award-winning therapies and wellness programs.
The resort will also feature a versatile events hub with a pillarless ballroom, expansive lawns for weddings and social gatherings, and fully equipped conference facilities tailored for MICE and corporate groups of up to 600 attendees. A dedicated Kids Club and family zone with interactive activities and sports facilities will round out the offering.
During the exclusivity period, Spectrum Foods and Minor Hotels will finalize commercial negotiations, and, pending mutual agreement, execute the long-term HMA. While design and amenities are based on current plans, some specifications may be refined during the final stages of development.
