eClerx Services Limited has informed the Exchange that Pursuant to Regulation 19 (7) of the SEBI (Buy back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, as amended (?Buyback Regulations?), the Company has made a Post Buyback Public Announcement dated March 14, 2018 for the Buyback of 1,290,000 fully paid up equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 2,000/- per equity share on a proportionate basis from the equity shareholders of the Company, through the tender offer process.
