The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2018, have approved the appointment of Ms. Vedika Bhandarkar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) of the Company w.e.f. March 24, 2018. Ms. Vedika Bhandarkar is also appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 years w.e.f. March 24, 2018, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
