The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.56 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 0.30 per cent at Rs 65.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.83 per cent to Rs 49.34 crore from Rs 47.52 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 613.04 per cent at Rs 1.64 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.23 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 10.85 per cent to Rs 16.60 crore as against Rs 18.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.59 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 74.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 6.26 per cent at Rs 5.26 crore (Mar'24 Rs 4.95 crore).
