The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.57 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 38.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.45 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.39 per cent at Rs 224.72 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 196.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.13 per cent to Rs 153.12 crore from Rs 141.61 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 23.86 per cent at Rs 9.67 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 12.70 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 30.59 per cent to Rs 71.60 crore as against Rs 54.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.15 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 4.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.81 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.69 per cent at Rs 17.93 crore (Sep'24 Rs 13.72 crore).
