The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.06 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 77.78 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 33.98 per cent at Rs 25.74 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 38.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.72 per cent to Rs 24.93 crore from Rs 38.19 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.17 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs -0.17 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 1.25 per cent to Rs 0.81 crore as against Rs 0.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 53.66 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 107.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 77.78 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.09 crore).
