Further to our intimation dated 4th March, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill\r\nof the Listing Regulations, this is to hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its\r\nMeeting held on 16th March, 2026 has, inter-alia, declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.2.03 /- (Rupees\r\nTwo and Paise Three only) per Equity Share of Re. I each on 22, 19,72,690 Equity Shares of the\r\nCompany for the Financial Year 2025-26.\r\nThe said Interim Dividend shall be paid within the statutory timeline stipulated in this regard.\r\nIn connection with the declaration of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2025-26 and pursuant to\r\nRegulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors at the said Meeting has fixed Friday,\r\n20th March, 2026 (end of day) as Record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive\r\nthe said Interim Dividend.
