The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.15 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 16.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.86 per cent at Rs 235.49 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 231.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.49 per cent to Rs 209.46 crore from Rs 194.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 112.70 per cent at Rs 1.34 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.63 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.33 per cent to Rs 26.03 crore as against Rs 36.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.66 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 14.98 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.56 crore, while Taxation decreased by 38.34 per cent at Rs 3.49 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.66 crore).
