The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 46.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 75.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.74 per cent at Rs 635.56 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 517.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.03 per cent to Rs 604.88 crore from Rs 461.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 32.17 per cent at Rs 13.24 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 19.52 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 45.42 per cent to Rs 30.68 crore as against Rs 56.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 55.48 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 394.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.21 crore, while Taxation decreased by 75.43 per cent at Rs 3.97 crore (Jun'25 Rs 16.16 crore).
