The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2042.25 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 45.29 per cent at Rs 140.87 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 96.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.59 per cent to Rs 118.25 crore from Rs 90.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 25.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 252.89 per cent to Rs 22.62 crore as against Rs 6.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 142.97 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 62.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 131.25 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.32 crore).
