Elitecon Intl. - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 - BSE Communication Regarding SOP Fines

The Company received a communication from BSE Limited dated August 25, 2026, regarding alleged non-compliances under Regulation 17(2A) and 21(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 with SOP fines of Rs. 2,38,360/-.\r\nThe Company subsequently filed an application on September 10, 2026 seeking full waiver of the said fines, which is presently under consideration by BSE.
