Elitecon Intl. - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 - BSE Communication Regarding SOP Fines

The Company received a communication from BSE Limited dated September 11, 2026, regarding non-submission of financial results under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, with a SOP fine of Rs. 1,53,400/-. The Company subsequently filed an application on September 14, 2026 seeking full waiver of the said fine, which is presently under consideration by BSE.
