This is to inform you that the members of the Company at 17th Annual General Meeting of Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Limited ('the Company') held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. at Majestic Court Sarovar Portico, X-5/2, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai - 400710 inter alia considered and approved the: 1. Considered and approved increase in Authorized Share Capital of the company and consequent alteration of the Memorandum of Association of the company.
